Understanding the product and client requirements is everything for us! We bring our clients to an iterative series of workshop where using global frameworks, we define every fabric of your product to the minutest detail possible. This includes core aspects on what the client wants to build, who is the end user, what are the use cases being solved for as well as aspects like quality assurance and project risks. Once the project requirements are gathered and agreed with the client, our team put together a structure to the requirements and details out every aspect of the product scope to prepare a “Requirement Specification” document to be approved by the client. We then put the best of our design thinking into the product design. Looking at the product features, we map the user interface, user journey and data flow corresponding to the user interactions with the product. We then define the entire architecture based on these inputs to build a robust technology stack - backend to handle user traffic minimizing latency and a responsive front-end for a delightful customer experience. Once the design aspects are finalized, we get to development – availing server space, setting up of databases, writing code with continuous client feedback. We continuously push the code to the test and development environments after ensuring service calls to databases, web servers and other services. The development phase is support and followed by extensive testing – unit, integration, acceptance, functional, performance, regression, stress, usability – under a carefully though test management plan to optimize resources. After building reasonable degree of confidence on the system, we then deploy. Installation and client acceptance in target production environment, creating guides and manuals on installation, operations, administration as well as training the manpower for seamless performance of the product are some of the key aspects of deployment.
